  They have WhatsApp whom they never respond to massages and even mails I sent no one responded to me I keep receiving updates of deductions in my account with no detail reason instead of interest since it's a savings account. No mater how many times I mail on the issue and reason for the deduction no response and I really wipe when I a bank in a bi- language country operates all their info in French even this so call bamenda branch very offending but never mind the day I step in the bank I will close the account for good.

  Negative: There are just a few parking spaces. Therefore, avoid coming in your car. Positive: Visible presence of security guards, and the ATM works.
