  Very frustrating experience. Very disorganized. No pattern to serve customers. You can stay there all day without getting served because you don't want to literally fight with other clients before you are served. The agents are horrible. I wonder if they are interns or is that they are just useless with absolutely zero professionalism. Absolutely zero customer service. I won't recommend anyone to use their services. It's nonsense.
