  A beautiful health institution from the years of independence until the 1980s, it is housed on a magnificent geographical site, located on a very fertile plateau suitable for agriculture, between two massive ancient extinct volcanoes. With several departments with undisputed reputations, this institution is the refuge for maternity, geriatric and child care. Very accessible for the costs of its care, the availability and quality of its staff, the infrastructure, Vielotte nevertheless accommodates technical equipment capable of treating local populations and patients from elsewhere. Its access, an excellent asphalt road, nevertheless stops in front of a morgue which only exists in name. It deserves to be renovated or destroyed. Congratulations to all these children, women and men who, in the fear of God, care for, give and save lives.
