  Amazing room! Staff was very friendly and the food was soooo good! The landscape was out of this world. Highly recommend ❤️

  I will give ZERO star review if I could. The will STEAL YOUR MONEY if the opportunity shows up. The CUSTOMER SERVICE IS SUPER POOR. Short story cut short, I lodged in the venue and I had to pay with my VISA card using their POS machine. I was double charged. I filed in a complain and I was led to the director who promised to look into the situation. I even showed him my bank statement on the day of the transaction, which clearly showed I was double charged. Each time I will call, he will not pick my call. When he picks, he will give excuses and false promises. The last time I called, he yelled at me saying they have better things doing and hung up the phone on me. I tried calling again and of course he didn’t pick. It is really sad that such a beautiful facility is being ruined by such staff. It’s even sadder that my stay in such a nice facility was ruined by one man. No one should loose hard earned money in this way. I hope no one suffers same experience.

  Hellooo Cameroon, hi Central African. Yes, now I can says that because of the African nation cup our country Cameroon can be proud to have very beautiful, nice, good hotel. Wouldn’t says more. Just come and see by your self. Take a look of those few pictures I took when I was there…

  It was my 2nd visit during the last week of July 2020 with a friend. There was a receptionist lady with zero customer service mentality. There was no toilet seat in our room. On reporting, she said that “No no, what you find in your room is what we have. We can’t do anything about it”. Swimming pool, cabaret, billiards, night club facilities were suspended. We decided to workout at the gym. There was only one hand towel in the room. So we asked for another hand towel for my friend. She denied even that small request. We were chilling in the facility in the evening around 8:20 when we saw waiters pass by with food. On enquiring about the menu, we were told that restaurant closed at 8pm. Like seriously, guys is that a time for closing or opening? Anyway, why weren’t we intimated about the early closing time during check in ? How can you lodge people and then getting food is such a challenge? So just to get dinner, we had to drive down for half an hour to another city Bafang in really foggy weather and nightlight. The sick experience we had with the receptionist lady was ridiculous. We tried to manage as I was with a guy friend of mine. If I had been there with family, I would have been really embarrassed. I will never visit this facility again.

  The rooms are clean and well equipped. The staff is friendly. The sauna etc. is also very clean and nice to relax. Just the restaurant should improve... The food is not really hot and it takes a long time to get the meals.
