  Stay from August 19 to 22, 2022 We decided to come to this hotel because it is close to the city center and has a swimming pool. We fell from a height. 1. The hotel is not maintained His cockroaches are in the toilets and showers. Huge holes are here and there in the hotel and the ceiling above the bed window is losing its paint. The pool does not appear to have been cleaned in several years. 2. False advertising A sign at the entrance indicates that the hotel is equipped with Canal +. When we turned on our television, there was no channel +. The receptionist told us that the hotel actually had to remove the sign in front. 3. Disappointing food We only had one breakfast but that was enough to realize that the price was not in line with what you put on the plate. We were served stale bread, a measly square of butter, powdered chocolate with hot water and crumbs of not-fresh pineapple. We will never go to this hotel again.

  This hotel looks beautiful when you arrive but you find issues after entering your room. Their rooms facing the ocean has amazing views and the sound of the waves crashing on the bank is so relaxing and calming especially when you're with your spouse. This hotel isn't maintained, it seems they just do some patch work here and there. The toilet bowl doesn't have a seat and no cover, the architect who designed the bathroom did a very poor job. The shower area before entering the pool looks like it hasn't been maintained in about 3 years, the pool itself hasn't been cleaned for guests to use. A hotel that changes the sheets and cleans the rooms after 48 hours. The worst part of it is that my wife and I saw cockroaches crawling on our comforter, and when we complained to the receptionists, even an apology wasn't tendered, we had to checkout of the hotel and look for a better one. During our stay, it seemed we were the only guests who were lodged as we didn't see any clients and all the rooms on our floor were open all time when we stepped out. Don't stay at this hotel as you might find rats moving around your room.
