::Quality hotel. Design impeccable. Cleanliness premium,rooms spacious, modern and comfortable. Lift system very useful while the free well equipped gym is a big plus despite absence of supervisor over the weekend.WiFi available to guests but service needs lots of improvement.In a bilingual country that is Cameroon,it's unimaginable to have a hotel of this class situated in the chic neighbourhood of Essos Yaounde, lacking staff who can't speak or understand English. Besides, staff need to be trained on certain basics as not everyone is accustomed to using smart cards or semi-auto baths.This hotel also has a free car assistance to guests but driver availability is the drawback. For someone needing a good quiet rest in a secure and secluded environment, Luxxor Hotel is recommended.
