  To avoid!!! Housing with multiple dysfunctions linked to lack of critical maintenance. No wifi, no TV channels. Air conditioning non-existent. Lack of hospitality with an unfriendly manager. As for the faults, leaking sink and a foul smell emanates from the shower in a room in the accommodation (Marwan). No drilling although regular water cuts and no solution offered to tenants.
