  This agency is supposed to be open until 5 p.m. but as soon as 4:40 p.m. strikes, they no longer admit customers and the security guards even prevent you from accessing the door.. frankly it's nonsense.

  There is no service. On a Monday morning when you want to recover your money for an emergency, that's the day that the agency head and his entourage decide to extend the weekend even though he is aware of having centralized all the services around his only person.
