  UBA Cameroon is the most dirtiest Bank ever seen, they will extort you of your money, Is this really how a public company should operate? Lack of good customer serviceUse this Bank at your own riskI will never advise any person to use UBA Bank for any reason, especially UBA Bank Cameroon. Their way of handling issues is very very very poor UBA Bank Cameroon in particular is not worth of any positive review if you seek my opinion. Bunch of thieves. That is why Africa will never grow because we have bunch of thieves in so many companies pretending to be serving the public, This is totally unacceptable and I denounce this particular act of extorting people's funds.

  Slow service especially if you have a problem. Usually they are trying to multitask. Constant network problem too. The process is slow but with time you achieve what you came there for. Their ATM service is very swift.

  ----- Update ----- 28 Jan2021: As usual another stop here, poor customer service. No one available to attend to you. Simply asking for a form to withdraw money from a checking account. ----- Previous review ----- Extremely slow customer service.... Maybe someone could explain what the tellers mean by "il n'y a pas de connection" within an intranet at times to me. Check the length of lines here and the number of customers served per hour. I am waiting for the day that I will visit this place and have a satisfyactory experience.

  Great service, would have given the merited 4 stars but there's always a queue you think you're never going to get served. It's normal for the main HQ but increasing the personnel might help. Well the fifth star only comes when I'm impressed by the service or mesmerized. So...!
