::Very poor service, reception 02/10 The staff, I don't care about the customers, forgetting that it's the customers who make the company (there's competition so we need to review this way of doing things) at this level it's the interns who are trying to make up for it …really not serious You arrive to open your account, we already take good care of you by explaining to you how to fill in (I'm talking about the spaces that not everyone knows but which must be filled in) and to retrieve the account number it's is yet another problem, sent back on hold, you come after the deadline that was given you are first sent back to the next day and the day after that you are still made to wait for hours like what is mtnt that we manage your file (after a week)…seriously People who arrive and want help with an essay (a copy) and they are told “go fight” seriously, is it to retain the customer or lose them? The Messamendongo agency must review its priorities and its missions to achieve the company’s objectives We visited banks and I was very shocked to see this difference, this way of doing things (no reception, waiting, no assistance) elsewhere when you want to open an account they even convince you again, they convince you assists and it is with a good heart not as an obligation and the service is fast I really hope that this way of doing things is not in other agencies because…. Defintely the idea to have such a bank is nice and interesting idea not only because it is African, yes i like African stuffs but also due to it's accessibility and availability like other Aftiland Branches. This agency too helps community with a wide variety of services as well as offer internship possibilities to youths and i like that aspect.
