  If they had some space where people and clients can seat while waiting for the Bus, it could be better .. They don't have a toilet , they don't have space where their vehicles can park , they don't have space where their own clients can park , they basically have nothing on the behalf of those client that bring money into the company . They are not organised .. when you arrive the agency after a long journey. You have no idea who is in charge of bringing down bags for passengers... they are not welcoming nor polite to customers ....
