  Very very disappointed with the service of this bank and this subsidiary. During my visit to the country I opted to open an account there. I'm already two months in and my card isn't still coming out. I submitted a power of attorney to the Bonadjo agency which should be faxed to the Yde agency so that my card can be collected in my absence. This has never been done until now. In addition, I opted for online banking to facilitate transactions since I am outside. I never received the credentials for this service. Really LOOKING 👎🏼 to piss off this bank. I would empty my account and look for another one.
