  Since my parcel was mailed from California USA on Express Mail delivery, to Cameroon,its 58 days still haven't received my goods. its really disheartening and fustrating.

  For the past 1 month 2 weeks my goods are still in Cameroon, the tracking number they sent to me is showing my goods never left Cameroon and now they are telling me I have to pay 21, thousands for tax and I have to still pay another shipping to Cyprus

  The staff are extremely nonchalant. Would not even take a few minutes to look for my mail which was supposed to have arrived more than one week ago
