::Customer service is super slow. You can wait more than two hours just to make a small withdrawal or deposit operation. Also I opened a savings account and I was informed that I should receive my card in a month, after a month I went to collect my card and to my great surprise it was not yet available which is something that shocked me. I was asked to come back in a week but the card wasn't there yet and each time I thought about transport and time to get there. Also I had made a deposit and recently when I consulted my balance I realized the absence of 10000frs which I do not understand. In short, the bank really leaves something to be desired. I'm going to wait and if it continues like this I'll move on to other things😏
