  TERRIBLE SERVICE. THEY DO NOT KNOW TO TO CREATE A PRE-PAID LABEL BUT STILL MADE ME PAY FOR A RETURN WHEN I WAS APPLYING FOR A VISA AND SHIPPING MY PASSPORT. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE. DO NOT USE DHL I AM TELLING YOU, AT LEAST NOT IN CAMEROON.
