  Ecobank Cameroon has a non functional online support system. You can't even place a call through to to them. The only way to get assistance is by going to an agency which you will still meet rude and non chalant staff. Bad organization

  Hum wow wow ! Ecobank Banamoussadi I experienced a very welcoming costumer service with the agent number 7 Mme Ikomi , she is respectful patience to listen and good skills of communication not aggressive smiling , I wish all the personnel should behave like her in order differences department, Just the way I was received in Ecobank I recommend to visit Ecobank Banamoussadi specially whit the Agent 7 . Thank you ! Ecobank for the good personnel in our disposal services . Alex Ambela .
