  I wish minus exist on a review. I was tricked into signing a bill that was not mine, l left the hotel for some errands left my younger brother there called my brother to meet up with me in town. He was interrupted at the Carrefour that I owe 3500frs. He tried calling me and the there was network issues so he paid the 3500frs due to embarrassment. He informed me I return to the hotel talked to the receptionist who directed me to the supervisor on duty and he told it was some miscommunication and he would return my money. I slept there again in the morning we talked he go finished your errands and return "I will follow the procedure to refund you." By the time I return he was gone and the same thing the next day. It's been 3weeks no refund 😕 😑 😪 . The receptionist said we got your number we will momo you till today their momo isn't working. Shameless people. Bunch of tricksters lying employees not honest at all. I wonder what can happen if you drink some spirit. Check your bills before you pay, don't sign when told "le patron a dire que ce bons." How they got me excuse my French.

  Beautiful location Modern gym Semi Olympic pool Terrance restaurant. Modern bathrooms Conference halls

  Good location, not too noisy. Restaurant is average. I haven't seen the rooms.
