  I was there today. New building, newly constructed. Offers a beautiful view of the urban landscape because it is built on a hill. It is a building which brings together four departments under the Ministry of Finance. These are the Departmental Finance Control, the Divisional Tax Center, the Departmental Finance Revenue and the Banyo Active Customs Subdivision. The latter covers the Mobile Customs Brigade. On the ground floor, the Finance Revenue and the Tax Center are housed, while upstairs are the Active Customs Subdivision, the Mobile Customs Brigade and the Departmental Finance Control. The development of a green space, a parking lot and the residence of the Departmental Financial Controller, representative of the Minister of Finance at the local level, has been planned. Although the development work has not yet been completed, the building already delivered is already occupied by the various services. I believe and hope that it is a calm and conducive setting for work.
