  Hello, hotel q located opposite the parade square in Bafang it is practical given its proximity to the tarmac and it is near the bus station, the men present do their jobs well from reception to the maintenance department but the corpulent brunette lady ((even if you are the owner)) should know that it is the right to give the invoice to the customer, I was there for 2 nights I paid in advance I was told that the invoice will be given to me later when I asked for the invoice she tells me that it is a favor that was done to me however it is noted on the wall price of the room 15000fca and 20000fca only if I want to have the invoice I have to pay the taxes ((really a shame such behavior)) I left there without an invoice, hotel management is a whole profession: welcome, politeness, courtesy, respect, transparency, ownership, discretion ....customers the ideal would be to take the rooms on the first level and behind them the rooms near the tarmac we listen a lot to the noises of the transporters looking for customers

  Nice and clean hotel. This is the main thing to remember. The finishes are poorly done. The amenities in the rooms are not well maintained.
