  Poor service at the restaurant. I asked to carry two slices of pineapple from the restaurant to the my hotel room in order to take my a pill, and the server (male with pink lips) refused. And he was rude for that matter. There should be exceptions in all situations. Not what you expect when you come for a relaxing trip.

  Best price/quality/service ratio. Very clean rooms and a great staff. If you think I'm bragging a lot about, come and get an opinion for yourself. Don't forget to say "Abdoul from Douala recommended you this hotel" 😂 Have a nice stay in advance.

  My stay in September 2022 was much better as I was attributed a well furnished and spacious studio.The quiet environment was propitious to relax and refresh myself. Breakfast in the restaurant Le Plaisir du Gout is exceptional; a wide variety of choice and very tasty. Congratulations to the kitchen team. I had the pleasure to listen to the life music show in the restaurant on Friday evening. A great plus.👍🏾 The environment as a whole is cosy and relaxing, both in the restaurant perched above the Ocean and the hotel with rooms spotted in the midst of trees, the stream and the forest.

  The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. We booked a small and unsuitable room by mistake and the manager was very accomodating in having us moved immediately to a better room. Once installed, everything was excellent; the bed was confortable, the airconditioner worked well and the rooms were extremely clean. One of the best places to stay in Kribi. On top of that, the restaurant across the street Le Plaisir du Gout overlooking the beach was very pleasant. As well as providing a varied breakfast buffet offer to hotel guests, it hosted (pleasant) live music gigs in the evenings, grerat service and a great choice of food and drinks.

  Pool: - The infrastructure at the pool site is not well preserved. The water of the pool has a greenish color, one of the jacuzzies doesn’t work and the other one has almost boiling water. - We were told there were no more towels as there were too many guests at the hotel. Chalet: - Very cute and clean, has warm water and WiFi (not too speedy internet but works well enough to use your phone), well equipped with cabinets, fridge and A/C. Loved also the little terrace at the entrance. - It says view on sea side but the view of the sea is rather limited. Restaurant: - Very slow service and we got served after people who arrived after us. They have electric devices on the tables where you can press a button to send a signal to call the waiters, but ours didn’t seem to work properly. - You need to remind waiters you stay at the hotel in order to get the discount because they didn't ask us. I fact our second night we forgot to mention it. - The portions of the dishes are ok and there are tasty. Not too expensive. - The breakfast buffet was poor and badly organized. We’ve been told we had until 10am to have breakfast, but arriving at 9h20 there was almost no food anymore, not even enough cups to have a simple coffee. - The view is beautiful, by the sea. - Very nice interior design - The 1st floor was so nice and more calm. You could still enjoy the nice life music downstairs. Reception: - Friendly and polite but not more than that. Price/quality ratio: - Average: too expensive for what it is and overrated
