  Seen for emergency of friend here. Very efficient centre run by Spanish speaking organisation (but also French and some English spoken). Good service, proper PPE and sterile single use medical equipment of Western standards. Recommend if tourists require treatment. Paid 5000F for consultation with doctor then further for tests and treatment.
