  I wish I could give this hospital 0/5 for the extremely poor services and incompetent doctors working there. Few years ago I came in with high fever barely able to walk and talk. They conducted several malaria tests and lied about the results so that I could be hospitalised. I did 2 days in a hospital bed overthere. 2 days in agony as they lied that they couldn't find the cause to my fever. They tried to scare me out of signing the discharge sheet when I finally decided to leave there and save my life. I went directly to the CMS centre medical francais where in 6 minutes they gave me a positive result for malaria. In 6 minutes the CMS did what the Jordain couldn't do in 3 days. They are corrupt and evil. They let people die in exchange for money. The father of a friend of mine lost his life there because of the incompetence of these evil doctors. Their nurses cannot even find a vain. There is a special place in hell for these type of heartless business that suck money out of patients regardless of their health and wellbeing. And embarrassment to Cameroon an embarrassment to Yaounde. Some of these doctors should be behind prison bars and a criminal investigation should pursue. Do not bring yourself or any loved ones over there. I don't know how those doctors look at themselves in the mirror knowing they purposefully let people die for money. Shameful and tragic.

  Absolutely clean but a lot still to be done in order to handle urgencies in a proper way. Though they claim to work 24/7 we reached a Saturday and couldn't undergo a radiography because the radiologist who had slept, had left his position before the takeover by his colleague who was definitely late. We had waited more than two and half hours and we went somewhere else to undergo the prescribed radiography. We came back with the results to meet the Doctor who had prescribed it. This situation was very stressful because we came in emergency to have some care. I think they should fix this to claim that they open 24/7.

  One of the best medical services offered. Staff attends to patience needs except for little lapses at the reception and the lab. Top class lab equipment. Experienced medical practitioners. Special thanks to all the staff especially mid wifes; Josiane and Lucresse, for their professional service in ensuring save delivery. I'll highly recommend

  That one star I gave was just to be able to post my write up. I had the worst hospital experience in my life in this Clinic. A clinic where ONLY the doctors are polite. From the nurses down to janitors, everyone feels like a "boss". Hospitalised in a VIP room, i had to ask for toilet tissue 6 times before being served (4hours later). Child's drip is blocked and pulling out blood, I tell the nurses (two of them sitting together) they look at me, no response. I go back to the room, 5 minutes later and no one has shown up. I go back to them and they a discussing with another colleague at the top of their voices. I can't put everything out here from my first night to the day I left (spent one night in the hospital). It was a horrible horrible horrible experience. Worse than in public hospitals. Please TRAIN YOUR STAFF.

  I have received consultation and treatment this year for a knee injury (including physiotherapy) and have been very satisfied. Very well organized, very clean and modern facility.
