  The service is great and the place is clean and doesn't have the repulsive usual hospital smell derived from medications and other medical materials

  PLEASE DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE.The worst experience ever. No sense of urgency within their staff, The wait time is outrageous. They are so rude. The younger receptionist at the pediatrician hall is super rude. But the older lady is so friendly and understanding. As for those at the ecography they too are so rude and snobbish. The lady doing the ecography wouldn't change the sheet telling me it was a baby and when I insisted it should be changed, she had an attitude the whole session and wouldn't respond to my questions the whole time even to tell me where to wait for my results when she was done. She said something in French that I didn't understand and before I knew, she was hitting my knees (I presume she wanted me to stretch my legs)while I was pregnant. She mentioned zenophobic utterance and this shouldn't happen in a health care environment. I really wish we treat others as we want to be treated.

  Hôpital de la caisse is well reviewed. Got to the hospital just in time for dad to be released. Security guard was professional and helpful. Like most places in Cameroun wearing a mask is only enforced at the gate. Once you are past the gate, most people wear their masks on their chin.
