  It’s very restricted from the public, great! But it’s in the middle of a buzzing and populated area still. There hasn’t been any tragedies, none that I know of, and this has been for ages. This proves they take safety measures very seriously.

  Petroluem storage facility. Highly restricted from the public. Very closely located to the populous Mboppi market and a railway station. Casualties could be very high in the event of an explotion....
