  Staying at this hotel was an underwhelming experience, to say the least. From the outset, the room left much to be desired in terms of cleanliness. It wasn't up to the mark, with dust noticeable on surfaces and a general lack of attention to detail. The unpleasant surprise of encountering a cockroach further tainted the room's ambiance, making it clear that pest control was not a priority for the establishment. However, it wasn't all negative. One of the few redeeming features was the availability of hot water, which provided a small comfort after a long day. It's a basic necessity that was thankfully not overlooked here, offering a momentary respite from the room's shortcomings. Additionally, the hotel did make an effort to ensure security, particularly for guests arriving with vehicles. The presence of night security for the car park was reassuring, providing peace of mind about the safety of the vehicles parked on-site. This aspect of their service showed a level of consideration for guest property, which was a welcome contrast to the lack of care observed within the rooms. Overall, the experience was mediocre. While the few positives like hot water and secure parking were appreciated, they could not fully compensate for the fundamental issues related to room cleanliness and maintenance. Future guests would be wise to weigh these factors carefully when considering a stay here.
