::Good ambience. Tasty food and friendly staff
Francis Nliba
::Nice place to be apart from the decreasing quality of service and maintenance of gardens

::Okay hotel, but no facilities besides a restaurant and a bar. Very basic and outdated furniture as well as sanitary facilities.

::Not too many good hotels at Ngoundere. Hence this is one of the best. Hotel premises is big. Reception & Restaurant all are spacious, but has a shabby feeling. Rooms are also quite big considering 28000 FCFA, with spacious balconies at front. Food is geberally in buffet, quality is just about ok. Reception is jovial & helpful. Premises has a garden & overall clean. Overall a good option.

::3 stars because it is probably better than most, if not all, in Ngaoundere. However, it's certainly nothing impressive. Stuck in the late 70s or 80s as far as the decor and facilities. The staff at the bar and restaurant were very pleasant and a welcome contrast to the rather (read: extremely) unhelpful night receptionist. The only reasons I think it is worth the 25,000 CFA per night cost are the AC (that stayed on all night), the TV in the rooms (if you are into that kinda thing), and the hot water. The hotel is in a nice part of town that is quiet, which is a huge plus. In summary, it would have been a fine experience without much to complain of if it were a bit cheaper and if the night receptionist had even an ounce of hospitality in him.
