::Good bank with good online services. Its chat bot on Facebook messenger is very popular and unique. Waiting time is however long here and even worst when universities launch school fees payments (State universities in Yaoundé pay school fees at this bank). Waiting is done out of the building under canopies. In this season of Covid 19, do well to come along with a face mask and be ready to wash your hands at the door

::Very poor service no mastery of online payments unreliable card service and worst incompetent nonchalant workers for a simple payment of 120000F. More than 4 workers from hypoderme and your so called VIP agency cannot satisfy a client despite deadline constraints. Sickening incompetence you are a disgrace for African banking . You should be sued .
