  Great hotel with friendly staff. Nicely situated with great inter continental breakfast with amazing room service. Clean swimming pool . I enjoyed my time there and will definitely go back when I'm in Douala. Highly recommended 👌

  Quite cosy, but rooms are too tiny. Location is good and service is okay. Nothing spectacular about it was..Though the pool area is awesome

  I must agree that the hotel is a little run down, and the rooms might use a good facelift. You never know if you'll have hot water or not. They have ancient bath-style showers that make getting in and out difficult and risky, and the shower curtain hasn't been replaced in a long time. However, the service is excellent, and they go out of their way to make you feel at ease. The bar has a good selection, if a bit pricey. The food is decent yet varied, although anyone stays for more than a week will become tired with the meals. The pool area outdoors is clean and relaxing after a long day at work. Overall, it wasn't an awful stay, although there are nicer hotels in Douala.
