::Office managers full of arrogance and condescension towards customers at Bonanjo headquarters. I am a customer there and every time I have gone to the Bonanjo headquarters the managers speak with arrogance, directly to the officials of the presidency. Reception agents are far better at talking to customers, those in the offices have no respect.

::Nice bank. I am even a customer to this bank but there are a few remarks I will like to make First if the bank has installed a new device to help better service I believe it’s just right they have someone there in charge of helping customers get use to manipulating the machine because there are new customers everyday at this bank. I am talking of the ticketing machine. Customer comes there and have no idea de machine exists or even know how to manipulate and there is no staff there to help Secondly please we need more English staffs. How can there be four tellers at the counter and none of them can express herself in English?
