::A big Zero to the managers of this bank. This is deplorable! Out of kindness I will not mention their names. I went there on 05/29 to apply for an AVI for my studies. I provided them with all the requested documents on 02/06 and since that day I have not had any news from either the manager of my account or the cashier who takes care of the AVIs. For a month I had to travel back and forth between my home (Ary-Village) and the bank (Ancien Dalip AKWA) and each time the cashier told me that she had to check the information at the consulate that I was returning home and that she is going to call me, which she will never do. No matter how much I explained to my manager, he always told me the same thing: "I am not responsible for this type of operation, you have to deal with the cashier". With a friend we went on 05/07 to SG Customer Service (PMUC Building 2nd level AKWA) to explain the situation. A lady (Head Manager) calls my manager to find out why my file has been dragging on for almost a month and a half when it takes on average 2 weeks maximum to do so. The Head of Service had put the loudspeaker on, and there in front of us, my manager denied everything outright, I never went to see him. He didn't know I was there. The moment he realized I was there he looked stupid and changed his language. They talked for about 30 minutes, after which the Service Manager checked my account information and asked me to return to the agency so that my problem would be resolved. Once there, when my manager saw me he became very tense, almost aggressive, he blamed me for going to Customer Service. And then, as if by magic, the information that I had been waiting for a month and a half from the consulate came out: The amount of the AVI + the SG costs. He sends me back to the cashier so that she can tell me the total amount. At reception while I was waiting, a lady showed up (The Service Manager) She took the calculator and there she tells me that I have to pay 3,200,000 f instead of 2,500,000 f! An extension of 700,000f! SG fees are 25,000 f × 12 months of studies or 300,000 f So where will the remaining 400,000f go?????? The lady clearly tells me that it’s take it or leave it. My friend and I left there disgusted. Shame on you ! You sit behind your air-conditioned offices to scam people, your salaries are not enough for you? Hungry!

::Hello, I am extremely disappointed with your services. I am a client (civil servants). I applied for school credit since Friday 1/9. A whole week goes by without me knowing the positioning of the money requested. despite my approach to the customer advisor and the branch manager who promised to call me After verification, no follow-up. so if a service which goes to other banking institutions in 48 hours is done at the SGC in 2 weeks it is not worth being there. because when someone comes to you it is because there is emergency. Really very disappointing. AKWA Dalip Douala agency client

::Like all Société Générale Cameroun agencies, this one is really clean. The only problem observed is the presence of only one cashier during the lunch break, and it is often at this time that several customers leave their offices to carry out banking transactions. The SG should take this problem seriously.
