::There are thieves they deduct money from your account and when you call to ask about the money they deducted they said they have haven’t seen any transaction like that. You also transfer money from your account to mobile money but it doesn’t goes through because they steal it.

::I would have given 0 star if possible, first their customers service is very poor they don’t reply to emails and it’s not easy calling them because they are using Camtel network which is very expensive for other network SIM cards to charge you when calling a Camtel line the Cameroon branches of Ecobank are the worst when it comes to communication I really regret signing up with them

ECM has 22 branches and 08 cash point with 374 employees in 2013 against 358 employees in 2012. Compared to the previous year, the achievements of 2012 show a significant change in several ways: Return on equity (ROE) stood at 9% in 2012 against 6.32% in 2011. The return on assets (ROA) meanwhile stood at 0.55% against 0.29% in 2011.Profit after tax doubled to 31 December 2012, amounting to USD 3.319 million Vs 1.600 million at December 31, 2011. This performance was driven by growth in net Revenues of 13%.Shareholder's Equity remained stable at USD 35 million to support the intermediation activity. ECM closed the year 2012 with a slight increase in total assets of 1%, driven by deposits increased 5%. The strategy put in place to monitor the mobilization of resources is maintained.
