::Waiting time and the hospital is fine! But the reception please please the faces look like we were a bother no welcoming face same at the triage. The nurse just took the stuff I had and showed me the scale. As if that is not enough I met this doctor who did not let me talk. First I do not speak French so I told him upfront but he did not listen I asked if he is fine my husband comes in to translate. But he did not listen he then started running over me why I don’t speak French I am obliged to speak French because I am in the country. I know the fight in the country but come on I am not from Cameroon and so that does not concern me if I Speak English or not. I came with my husband to translate….I do not need to explain myself why I do not speak French. I will not go back I better go to a quack respectful doctor. I have made sure all my expert friends get to know that because they also do not speak French!

::two visits to the Reception without any information, today a man at reception who gently explains the system : call the evening before the day of appointment 👍…how difficult is it to give that info yet 2 times i go there without getting any wiser
