  No bank that ever listens to its customers. my account that I am about to close is at the Etoudi agency YAOUNDÉ CAMEROUN. Laba they have not been able to find a solution for a problem with the account statement and online banking identifier for 16 months, I am tired of filling out the same form every day for 16 months without change. I could tolerate all this but not the fact of finding myself with multiple unknown Paypal debits (a Paypal operation which is repeated several times until the account empties. In one day almost 200,000 CFA francs vanished. I managed to my agency no one cares about me they ask me to go and submit a request to the racecourse agency after 2 hours of waiting I deposit. for a month no phone calls from ecobank. I have gone to the site several times times, no response. I think at least they will send a lawyer to court. So don't try the adventure at Ecobank unless you want to rob yourself without anyone coming to your aid.
